Terms & Conditions

  1. Job Accuracy
    Clear Your Space Ltd reserves the right to decline any job where the description of waste provided is incomplete or inaccurate. In such cases, the call-out charge will be non-refundable.
  2. Health & Safety
    For the safety of our team, we reserve the right to refuse any job that poses a health or safety risk. The call-out fee will not be refunded under these circumstances.
  3. Access Distance
    All waste must be located within 100–200 yards walking distance of the collection vehicle. Jobs that exceed this distance may be refused, and the call-out charge will remain non-refundable.
  4. Parking Fees
    Customers are responsible for covering any parking fees required to complete the collection.
  5. Parking Availability
    Customers must ensure suitable parking or access is available for our collection vehicle. Failure to provide suitable parking may result in job refusal and forfeiture of the call-out fee.
  6. Customer Absence
    If the customer is not present upon our team’s arrival, Clear Your Space Ltd reserves the right to retain all monies paid or to reschedule the collection for a later date, subject to availability.
  7. Cancellations
    Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel a booking in order to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the call-out charge.
  8. Service Delays
    In the unlikely event that Clear Your Space Ltd cannot attend a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to rearrange the collection for the next available date.
  9. Behaviour & Conduct
    Our staff reserve the right to leave any site where they experience abusive, aggressive, or threatening behaviour from customers or third parties. No refund will be issued in such cases.
  10. Hazardous Waste
    As a non-hazardous waste removal company, Clear Your Space Ltd reserves the right to refuse any job that includes hazardous materials. The call-out fee will be retained.
  11. Load Estimates & Pricing Adjustments
    Waste volume and weight are based on the customer’s estimation at the time of booking. Should additional waste or weight be identified on arrival, we reserve the right to adjust the charge accordingly. If the customer declines the revised price, we will collect only the quantity agreed upon in the original booking. All payments made will remain non-refundable.
  12. Property Damage Claims
    Clear Your Space Ltd reserves the right to review and challenge any damage claims made by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide evidence that damage occurred during our attendance.
  13. Evidence of Damage
    Any photographic or video evidence submitted as proof of damage must be date-stamped and provided on the same day the issue is reported to us.
