How do I know whether to add items or use the assessment?

If you have a few specific items, search and add them to your basket. For a larger or mixed clearance — rooms, garages, gardens or mixed piles — use the Instant Waste Assessment for a fixed quotation after we review your photos.

Can I add several different items?

Yes. Add each item with the quantity you need. Your basket shows the running total before you check out.

What if I cannot find my item?

Use the Waste Assessment or WhatsApp us with photos. Mixed or unusual items are often best quoted after we see what needs collecting.

Are loading and disposal included?

Accepted Answer

Individual item prices include loading and responsible disposal for that item. Larger load guides are estimates until we confirm a fixed quotation from your photos.

Will the price change after booking?

Basket prices for listed items are as shown. For assessment jobs you receive a fixed quotation before you book. Extra items or access issues may need a revised quote if the job changes.

Do you collect from inside the property?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we can collect from inside where access is safe and agreed. Tell us about stairs, parking and access when you book or in your assessment.

Do you remove appliances?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Fridges, washing machines, dishwashers and similar white goods are listed under White Goods & Appliances. Disconnection can be added where offered.

Question 8

Do you collect builders’ waste?

Accepted Answer

Yes — rubble, wood and mixed builders’ waste can be added where listed, or quoted via the Waste Assessment for larger mixed loads. Skip bags exclude soil and brick.
