How do you price?

We assess each job based on the type and amount of waste, access, labour and disposal requirements. Send us a few details and photos and we'll confirm your quote before anything is booked. Requesting a quote does not commit you to book.

What areas do you cover?

We're based in Orpington and generally cover locations within around 90 minutes of BR6, including much of Greater London, Kent and surrounding areas. Coverage is confirmed by postcode before booking.

How do I get a quote?

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Clear Your Space Ltd is an EA-licensed waste carrier (CBDU599754) with public liability insurance. We handle collections responsibly and can provide relevant documentation where required.

Do you offer same-day or next-day?

Same-day or next-day collection may be available depending on location, workload and the type of clearance. We'll confirm the earliest suitable collection time when we assess your request.

What items do you collect?

We collect household and commercial clearances including furniture, appliances, mattresses, general waste, garden waste and mixed loads. Some items can be booked online; larger or mixed clearances are best assessed with photos. We do not accept asbestos, clinical waste or hazardous chemicals.

Do you take fridges, mattresses and sofas?

Yes. We collect sofas, mattresses, fridges and other bulky household items. Some straightforward items can be booked online, while larger or mixed clearances can be assessed through our quote service.

Do I need to bag everything?

Accepted Answer

No. You don't need to bag bulky items such as furniture or appliances. Smaller loose waste may be easier to assess and collect if it's grouped together, and we'll let you know if anything needs preparing before collection.

Do you collect from inside the property?

Yes — we can collect from inside where access is safe and agreed. Tell us about stairs, parking and access when you book or in your assessment.

What if access is tight or upstairs?

Our two-person team handles stairs and tight access as standard. We'll confirm the details when you book so we arrive prepared.

What happens to my waste?

Accepted Answer

We prioritise reuse and recycling via approved partners wherever possible. You'll receive digital paperwork for the collection.

Can I get a receipt?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we provide digital receipts for all completed collections. Clear Your Space Ltd is not VAT registered, so VAT receipts aren't available.

Do you work with landlords and businesses?

Yes. We offer regular collections and one-off clearances for landlords, agents and businesses.
