Clear Your Space Ltd collects mattresses and, where needed, bed frames from homes and rentals across London, Kent and surrounding areas. We handle the lifting and loading; labour and disposal are included in your quotation with no VAT added.

What we collect
Mattresses
Single, double and king sizes are common requests. Tell us the size and condition in your photos.
Bed frames and divans
Frames and bases can be collected with the mattress when access allows. Bed frames often need a short quotation rather than fixed online booking.
Multiple mattresses
Useful for landlords, HMOs or whole-bedroom refreshes — we assess volume from photos.
Access matters
Narrow staircases, shared hallways and parking all affect how we plan the collection. Mention these when you enquire.
This page is for mattress and bed removal — not a full house clearance. Extra bedroom furniture can be included when we quote the mixed load.
Guide prices for quoted jobs
Quoted collections use guide ranges based on volume and labour. Fixed Book & Pay prices apply only to eligible mattress sizes listed online.
- Single mattress or small load — from around £40 to £70
- Two to three mattresses / medium load — from around £100 to £180
- Multiple mattresses or a larger bedroom clear — from around £200 to £350+

Common questions
Can you collect the bed frame too?
Often yes. Frames and divans are commonly collected with mattresses — we confirm from photos and may quote rather than use fixed online pricing for frames.
Do mattresses need to be bagged?
Not usually required for our collection. If access is tight or the mattress is damaged, we may ask for practical wrapping — we will say so when quoting.
Can I book online?
Eligible mattress sizes are listed on /beds-mattresses. Mixed or larger bedroom jobs should use the quote form.
