What affects the price?
For quoted jobs, guide prices reflect how many items we take and how much van space they use, plus labour. Access (stairs, long carries, parking) can change the figure.

Can you collect a sofa from upstairs?
Usually yes, when stairs or a lift are usable and the sofa can pass doorways safely. Photos and measurements help us confirm before we arrive.
Do I need to dismantle my sofa?
Most sofas are removed as they are. If legs or sections need removing for access, tell us in the quote — we will confirm what is practical for your job.
Can I book online instead of requesting a quote?
